What Is Covered
Our 2-year warranty covers the following issues when used under normal conditions:
LED Malfunction
If LEDs stop working or flicker under normal use
Power Adapter Issues
Defective power supply or adapter failure
Electrical Defects
Wiring or connection issues from manufacturing
Material Defects
Faulty materials that affect functionality
Discoloration
Unexpected color changes not due to environment
Dimmer/Controller Defects
If included accessories malfunction
What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Physical Damage/Breakage
Drops, impacts, crushing, or broken components
Improper Installation
Damage from incorrect mounting or setup
Misuse or Abuse
Using the sign in ways not intended
Unauthorized Modifications
Alterations or repairs not done by us
Power Surges
Damage from electrical surges or lightning
Environmental Damage
Water, humidity, extreme temperatures (unless IP-rated)
Normal Wear and Tear
Gradual brightness reduction over time
Accidents
Any accidental damage after delivery
Important: Handle With Care
Our neon signs are handcrafted with precision but require careful handling. Physical breakage is not covered under warranty. Please handle your sign gently during unpacking and installation. If your sign arrives damaged from shipping, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
