Returns & Replacements

Understanding our policy for custom-made neon signs

No Returns on Custom Orders

Since every neon sign we create is custom-made specifically for you based on your text, font, color, and size preferences, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Each piece is uniquely crafted and cannot be resold.

What We Do Cover

Damaged Items

If your sign arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge.

Manufacturing Defects

Any defects in workmanship or materials are covered under our 2-year warranty.

Incorrect Orders

If we made an error in your order (wrong text, color, etc.), we will remake it correctly.

What We Do NOT Cover

Change of Mind

We cannot accept returns because you changed your mind about the design, color, or size.

Customer-Caused Damage

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents after delivery.

Late Claims

Damage claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.

Document the damage with clear photos of the sign and packaging
