1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Neon Glowing Lights website (neonglowinglights.com) and services, operated in joint venture with INFINITE BOOSTS LLC (USA), founded by Rishabh Gupta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Services

We sell custom-made LED neon signs. All products are made to order based on customer specifications including text, font, color, and size selections. Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Each sign is uniquely crafted for the individual customer
• Colors may vary slightly from screen displays due to monitor settings
• Minor variations in handcrafted items are normal and not considered defects
• Production time is 2-5 business days, shipping is 2-7 business days globally

3. Ordering and Payment

When placing an order:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Payment is required at the time of order
• We accept major credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods through Razorpay
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Shipping is FREE worldwide
• You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours

4. Custom Orders and Approval

For custom orders, you are responsible for reviewing your design preview before checkout. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible as production begins promptly. Please double-check all text, spelling, and design elements before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free global shipping to over 100 countries. Estimated delivery times:

• Order confirmation: Within 24 hours
• Production time: 2-5 business days
• Standard shipping: 2-7 business days (FREE globally)
• Express shipping: 2-3 business days after production (+$100)
• Total estimated delivery: 5-12 business days (standard)

International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are not included in our prices. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

6. International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

• Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient
• Delivery Address: Ensure your address is complete and accurate including postal code
• Tracking: All international orders include tracking information
• Currency: All prices are in USD; exchange rates determined by your payment provider
• Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products:

• No returns for change of mind - All signs are custom-made and cannot be resold
• Damaged items - If your sign arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a free replacement.
• Manufacturing defects - Covered under our 2-year warranty
• Our errors - If we made a mistake in your order, we will remake it at no cost

8. Warranty

All Neon Glowing Lights products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical issues. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Physical damage such as breakage from drops or impacts is not covered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of INFINITE BOOSTS LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Submit designs that infringe on trademarks or copyrights
• Order signs with offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

11. Respect for All Religions and Beliefs

• No Intent to Offend: We do not intend to hurt, disrespect, or offend any religion, faith, belief system, culture, or community through our products or services.
• Religious Content: We welcome orders for religious quotes, spiritual symbols, and faith-based designs from all religions including Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Sikhism, Buddhism, Judaism, and all other faiths.
• Equal Respect: All religious and spiritual orders are handled with equal care, respect, and professionalism regardless of the faith they represent.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers ordering religious content are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of religious texts, symbols, and translations.
• No Discrimination: We do not discriminate against any customer based on their religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, or any other characteristic.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFINITE BOOSTS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INFINITE BOOSTS LLC, its proprietor, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Delhi, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
